This comprehensive service comprises two main steps:
Our aim is to leave a 100% functional and operational surface that lasts for many years.
You don’t have to worry: we take care of conducting a floor assessment so you don’t have to think about it:
The BECOSAN® treatment is a patented system based on the Ride-on System Concrete Polishing technique, meticulously crafted to enhance the durability, aesthetics, and wear resistance of concrete floors.
It is particularly sought after in industrial and commercial settings where concrete floors endure heavy traffic and demand a polished and professional appearance to be maintained.
Below, we present a unique project of over 60,000 square meters carried out by BECOSAN® in collaboration with Sunrise Real Estate Limited and Total Project Integration in the UK.
This project involved the refurbishment in the UK’s former GAP warehouse, covering an impressive area of 60,000 square meters (661,000 square feet). This milestone concluded with the property being leased to the retail giant Sainsbury’s, marking one of the most significant real estate transactions of the year.
The floor had suffered significant deterioration as the facilities had previously served as a recycling plant for various types of waste, including plastics and organic materials.
Consequently, the floor bore numerous stubborn stains from oil, grease, and other liquids that conventional cleaning products couldn’t effectively remove. Furthermore, the presence of heavy machinery and vehicles had caused additional damage. Starting a new professional activity on this floor was deemed impossible.
Consequently, Prologis, the company that owned the industrial building, approached us for a rapid floor restoration to accommodate their new tenant. The outcome exceeded expectations.
Our service includes a thorough inspection, crack repairs, and any necessary preparation to ensure the floor is ready for the BECOSAN® treatment.
The duration varies based on the floor’s condition and size. Typically, for a standard-sized industrial unit, it takes about 3-5 days from start to finish.
In general, we are able to do around 1000 square metres per day. Although we can increase the rate depending on the needs of the project.
Yes, we offer a warranty on the BECOSAN® treatment, which covers both the application process and the durability of the finish. Specific conditions can be discussed in consultation.
We prioritize eco-friendly practices, using sustainable materials and ensuring waste is disposed of responsibly, adhering to UK environmental regulations.
