With years of experience under our belt, we have had the privilege of collaborating on diverse projects, helping various industries improve their surfaces in Warwickshire.
Warwickshire, including the city of Rugby, in the United Kingdom, plays a pivotal role in the industrial sector. The region is home to a variety of businesses, ranging from manufacturing and logistics to cutting-edge technology services. Rugby is particularly renowned for its central role in distribution and logistics, thanks to its strategic location at the crossroads of many transportation routes.
Specializing in complete flooring renovations in Warwickshire, we offer a comprehensive service from the initial phase to the final handover.
This comprehensive service is structured around two main key steps:
Our objective is to deliver a 100% functional and long-lasting surface that stands the test of time.
To achieve this, we offer a range of services tailored to address various floor issues:
The BECOSAN® treatment is a patented system based on Ride-on System Concrete Polishing, specifically designed to improve the durability, appearance, and wear resistance of concrete floors. It has gained particular popularity in industrial and commercial settings where concrete floors face heavy traffic and require the maintenance of a polished and professional appearance.
This refurbishment project in the UK, at the former GAP warehouse, covers an impressive area of 60,000 square meters (661,000 square feet).
This achievement reached its pinnacle with the property being leased to the retail giant Sainsbury’s, marking one of the most significant real estate transactions of the year.
This logistics center had experienced the typical wear and tear over the years, resulting in patches, fissures, cracks, uneven surfaces, and a significant accumulation of dirt and dust.
The client, Prologis, reached out to us for a complete rehabilitation, including our patented concrete polishing. Upon completion, this provided them with a dust-free guarantee, increased resistance to stains, friction, and liquid absorption, as well as improved reflectance and ease of cleaning.
The timeframe for the complete refurbishment process varies depending on the size and condition of the floor. For a standard-sized industrial unit, the process typically takes approximately 3-5 days from start to finish. As a general guideline, we can cover around 1000 square meters per day, but we can adjust the pace to meet the specific requirements of the project.
We aim to minimize operational disruptions. Depending on the project’s scope, we can keep sections of the facility operational, or we can schedule work during off-hours to ensure minimal impact on your operations.
We prioritize eco-friendly practices, using sustainable materials and ensuring waste is disposed of responsibly, adhering to UK environmental regulations.
Unlike conventional treatments, BECOSAN® not only polishes but also strengthens and safeguards the floor, guaranteeing a durable finish that withstands wear, abrasion, and dust.
It’s designed to withstand the challenges of heavy machinery and high traffic, making it a preferred choice for industrial settings.
