Social media and communications

BECOSAN, a leading company in industrial floor rehabilitation and improvement, is seeking a Social Media and Communication Specialist to join our team. This position will play a key role in managing our social media accounts, external communication, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and monitoring interactions with followers. Primarily focused on LinkedIn, but we are open to exploring other platforms.
Develop content strategies to increase brand visibility and attract our target audience.
Create engaging and relevant content, infographics, and visual materials. (No blog writing involved)
Coordinate and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and generate engagement. This typically includes press releases, newsletters, and partner interviews.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure the success of campaigns. (Collaboration with the marketing department)
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in social media management and content creation.
Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of best practices in social media and understanding of current trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages effectively.
Creativity and ability to generate fresh and original ideas.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing tools is a plus.

Competitive salary based on experience and skills. Salary range from €24,000 to €36,000 gross per year.
