Social media and communications

BECOSAN, a leading company in industrial floor rehabilitation and improvement, is seeking a Social Media and Communication Specialist to join our team. This position will play a key role in managing our social media accounts, external communication, and content creation.



  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and monitoring interactions with followers. Primarily focused on LinkedIn, but we are open to exploring other platforms.
  • Develop content strategies to increase brand visibility and attract our target audience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, infographics, and visual materials. (No blog writing involved)
  • Coordinate and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and generate engagement. This typically includes press releases, newsletters, and partner interviews.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure the success of campaigns. (Collaboration with the marketing department)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.


  • Demonstrable experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of best practices in social media and understanding of current trends.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages effectively.
  • Creativity and ability to generate fresh and original ideas.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and image editing tools is a plus.


  • Competitive salary based on experience and skills. Salary range from €24,000 to €36,000 gross per year.
