BECOSAN® is one of Europe’s leading specialists in industrial concrete floor renovation. For more than 10 years, we have been solving real problems on industrial floors through our own application teams, proprietary lithium treatments, diamond tooling, repair systems and technical expertise.

Now, through the BECOSAN 360° System, we are expanding our proven business model globally by building a network of exclusive applicators and strategic partners who can deliver complete industrial floor renovation solutions in their local markets.

To support this growth, we are looking for an ambitious International Business Development Manager to help build the next generation of the BECOSAN global partner network.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys opening new markets, creating business opportunities and building long-term partnerships. You will identify companies with the potential to become official BECOSAN partners, introduce them to our 360° System and help establish a strong international network that will drive our expansion for years to come.

  • Fluent English is essential and mandatory for this job
  • Additional languages are highly valued, including French, Spanish, German and others

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international markets for the BECOSAN 360° System
  • Recruit and onboard professional concrete polishing contractors, industrial flooring companies and strategic distribution partners
  • Present the BECOSAN Partner Program to prospective partners
  • Build long-term relationships with applicators, distributors and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with our technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and project support
  • Visit customers, partners and international trade exhibitions
  • Develop market entry strategies for new territories
  • Help shape the future growth of BECOSAN’s international partner network
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that generate qualified partner opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in international business development, channel sales or partner development
  • Experience in construction, industrial flooring, concrete, machinery or building materials is highly desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to open new markets
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
  • Comfortable travelling internationally
