BECOSAN® Project | Prologis Eemhaven, Netherlands

At the Prologis logistics facilities in Eemhaven (Netherlands), BECOSAN® carried out the complete rehabilitation of a 3,560 m² industrial floor, combining repair works with the BECOSAN® polished concrete treatment.

The process involved several technical steps to restore and optimise the surface:

• Floor grinding to remove irregularities and prepare the surface.
• Joint repair and sealing, ensuring a smooth and durable transition for forklift traffic.
• Removal of screws and metal anchors, followed by proper sealing.
• Levelling with a metal profile to correct height differences and achieve a continuous surface.
• Local patch repairs (L-shaped) to restore damaged concrete areas.
• Application of the BECOSAN® treatment, a lithium-based polishing and densification system that delivers a glossy, dust-free and long-lasting finish.

The result was a fully renewed industrial floor, aesthetically improved and ready to withstand the heavy traffic typical of Prologis logistics operations.
