BECOSAN® Project | Laboratories Cofane, Chanverrie, France

At the Laboratories Cofane facilities in Chanverrie (France), BECOSAN® carried out the complete rehabilitation of the industrial floors, covering a total surface of 9,000 m² distributed across several halls.
The project was executed hall by hall to avoid disrupting the company’s daily operations and ensure continuous productivity.

The process began with a deep cleaning and degreasing of the floor, followed by the removal of the existing epoxy coating and the elimination of old industrial markings.
Subsequently, the following technical works were performed:

• Repair of concrete patches and damaged areas.
• Removal of screws and metal anchors, followed by proper sealing.
• Repair and sealing of joints, ensuring a smooth and durable surface.
• Application of the BECOSAN® treatment, a lithium-based chemical polishing and densification system that delivers a glossy, dust-free, and long-lasting finish.

The result was a completely renewed, clean, and functional floor, meeting the high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene required in an industrial environment such as Laboratories Cofane.
