Refurbishment of a hotel garage with BECOSAN® treatment - 1.000m2

The hotel client had a garage that was suffering from the usual problems of these surfaces: scuff marks, oil leaks, which added to the passage of time and the wear and tear of the floor due to the passage of vehicles, motivated them to contact BECOSAN®.

The floor was in need of minor repairs. In addition, to improve the performance of the floor, it needed our polished concrete treatment, which made it more durable, improved its resistance to stains, scuff marks and abrasion, and made the floor much easier to clean and maintain in good condition after the renovation, thanks to the application of our sealants and lithium hardeners, which allows us to guarantee a dustproof floor for many years.
