With more than 8 years of experience within the BECOSAN® Group, Ernesto has built a professional career firmly rooted in hands-on, on-site experience. He began his journey with the company as a site operative, actively involved in the physical works related to the treatment, repair and improvement of industrial concrete floors. This practical background has given him in-depth knowledge of the processes, machinery and real technical demands involved in each intervention.
Today, his role combines technical management, operational coordination and on-site supervision. He works closely with the General Project Coordination team, supporting operational planning and the technical allocation of site teams according to project complexity, execution timelines and the required quality standards. In this role, he is supported by site managers and team supervisors, whom he leads and assists throughout the delivery of works.
Ernesto regularly travels across the UK and other European countries, carrying out technical follow-ups, procedure verification and finish inspections, ensuring that all works are executed in full compliance with BECOSAN® system protocols and the specific requirements of each client.
