BECOSAN® Project | Industrial production plant, Karlsruhe, Germany

In Karlsruhe, Germany, our team delivered one of the largest industrial floor rehabilitation projects in Europe, covering a total surface area of over 85,000 m².

The project was carried out in multiple carefully planned phases to ensure that industrial activity could continue without interruption throughout the entire process. The scheduling of each phase was adapted to the client’s operational requirements, allowing the work to be seamlessly integrated into their ongoing production workflow.

Each stage combined technical precision, logistical coordination, and strict adherence to deadlines, minimising any impact on the client’s operations.

The works included the removal of anchors and bolts, structural repairs, joint sealing, elimination of industrial marks and contaminants, as well as surface levelling and localised corrections.

As the final step, the BECOSAN® polished concrete treatment was applied, providing a continuous, dust-free surfacewith exceptional resistance to heavy traffic, while enhancing both the durability and appearance of the floor.
