Rehabilitation of a large logistics centre for finished goods

The client is a major logistics manager who rents out industrial warehouses throughout the UK. Following the termination of the lease of the previous tenant, who was in the timber industry, the warehouse had become very dirty, with paint and signage marks and a large amount of dust on the surface.

The client contacted BECOSAN® for the complete rehabilitation and restoration of the floor in order to be able to rent it to the next tenant with all the quality guarantees. After analysing the floor, industrial signs, screws and anchors were removed, as well as other repairs, and finally our patented polished concrete treatment was carried out.
