This client required an intensive floor repair due to a tenant change in a large industrial warehouse—making it a race against time. The project, spanning over 172,000 square feet, was completed in a record time of just 4 weeks, including both repairs and the full BECOSAN® polished concrete treatment.

Before polishing, the floor had to be fully prepared. This involved removing paint lines, industrial markings, and old anchor bolts from shelving systems—ensuring a clean, uniform surface ready for long-term performance.
